We're married!

It’s from wearing the wedding band that Liz bought for me. The first couple of weeks, I found it hard to keep it on as I have never worn accessories in my life.
I even accidentally scraped my face with it as I was showering. I went,”OOowww!” in the shower. Hah.
Now, it’s becoming part of me. It’s a little scratched up, but I like it more and more every day.
Balance .. is a hard thing to find when all that is important demands your attention at the same period of time.
Friends, family, finances, food, future, fun.
It used to be much easier when I was single, where I went where I thought God wanted me to go, did what I thought God wanted me to do but now, there’s an added life to consider.
It’s all good though. Just have to find our footing, that’s all.
Liz turns 25 today!
When I heard that she wanted to be married at the age of 25, I worked hard to fulfill her dream .. but I only realized yesterday that when she married me, she was 24.
Heh. 25 this year la, more like it. 
My own body clock woke me up at its usual time, and I spent some time sitting in the hall in quietness. I had a smile in which I knew would follow me for the rest of the day, as looked into the mirror while I was washing up.
I came out and looked out the balcony, and the weather was a great sign of how the day would be.
It’s just a little over a month since the wedding, and I felt that I should write an account (as I usually do for significant moments in my life) on this blog to remember it more vividly.

Those bunch of fellas might be the craziest, but they’re one of the most helpful and steady bunch of people I’ve ever known. Power to Eagles’ Nest. POOOOWEEERRR!!!

Yes! Gotta get down to it. Liz just shared an idea with me, and I thought it was a really good one. In sticking with our theme, we’re gonna DIY the thank you cards and get them out. Targeting mid August!
